Ovo je omiljena torta (biskvit) kraljice Viktorije, kojoj sam ja dodala marelice umjesto marmelade, kako je u izvornom receptu!
Uvjerena sam da bi joj ovakva bila draža ...!
Zašto??? Zato što sam dodala još nešto što je čini posebnom !

Sastojci:
4 veća jaja, 190 g maslaca sobne temperature, 170 g šećera i još 70 g za dno, 190 g brašna, 2 žličice praška za pecivo, 1 vanil šećer, malo soli
Za nadjev:
100 g badema prepečenih i samljevenih, 3-4 žlice amareta (ruma), 2-3 žlice meda, sok pola limuna...
I još 300 ml vrhnja i bademi za ukrasiti tortu

This is the favorite cake (biscuit) of Queen Victoria, to which I added apricots instead of jam, as it is in the original recipe!
I am convinced that this cake would be more enjoyable for the Queen ...!
Why??? Because I added something that makes it special!

Ingredients:
4 bigger eggs, 190 g of butter at room temperature, 170 g of sugar and another 70 g for the bottom, 190 g of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 vanilla sugar, little salt
For filling:
100 g toasted and soured almonds, 3-4 tbsp amaretto (or rum), 2-3 tbsp honey, half a lemon juice ...
And 300 ml of whipped cream and almonds to decorate the cake

Nije mi ugodno, dragi moji SOS-oljupci, pričati vam o jelu kojeg svi jako dobro poznajete...
Tu se nema šta puno reći, a ni dodati, ali ipak postoje neke sitnice, koje ove punjene paprike čine posebnim, slobodna sam reći - najboljim ikad!

Sastojci za umak:
1 crveni luk, 3 - 4 režnja češnjaka, 400 - 500 g rajčica, 1 žlica šećera, 1 žlica brašna, sol, ulje...
Za nadjev:
700 - 800 g mljevene junetine (plećka ili vrat), 100 g pancete, 2 crvena luka, 2 režnja češnjaka,
1 žlica crvene paprike, 4-5 žlica riže, sol, papar, 3 dl juhe (voda s goveđom kockom)
I još:
100 g pancete (kriške) i 15 - 20 manjih paprika

I'm not comfortable, my dears to talk to you about a dish you all know very well ...
There is not much to say or add, but there are still some things that make these peppers special, 
I'm free to say - the best stuffed peppers ever!

Sauce ingredients:
1 red onion, 3 - 4 garlic cloves, 400-500 g tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, salt, oil ...
For filling:
700 - 800 g of minced beef (shoulder or neck), 100 g of pancetta, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic,
1 spoon of red paprika, 4-5 tablespoons rice, salt, pepper, 3 dl soup (water with beef cube)
And:
100 g of pancetta (slices) and 15 - 20 small peppers

Još kao dijete sam odlazila s roditeljima u Dalmaciju kod prijatelja i uvijek se veselila nekom čudnom jelu, kojem ime nisam mogla zapamtiti, ali okus se nije mogao zaboraviti!
I evo vam ga serviram baš onako kako je to znala teta Neli, jedan komad špikovan, a drugi čist u puno predivnog umaka, uz neizbježne domaće njoke! Uživajte!

Sastojci:
1,5 - 2 kg goveđeg (junećeg) frikandoa
Za špikovanje:
150 - 200 g pancete , 2-3 mrkve i 4-5 češnjaka
Za marinadu:
700 ml crnog vina, 200 ml vinskog octa, 2 lista lovora, grančica ružmarina, papar u zrnu, 4-5 klinčića,
2-3 mrkve, 5-6 režnjeva češnjaka, 2 crvena luka, 2-3 kriške celera (korijen)
I još:
1 -2 crvena luka, 5-6 suhih šljiva, 1 žlica šećera, 500 ml juhe (ili voda s kockom), sol, papar,1 žlica pirea ili koncentrata rajčice,2 žlice masti, malo muškatnog oraščića

As a child I was traveling with my parents to Dalmatia to our friends and I was always looking forward to some strange dish, which name I could not remember but the taste could not be forgotten!
And here it is, I serve it to you just as the auntie Neli knew, one piece was spotted, and another clean in a very beautiful sauce, with inevitable homemade dumplings! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1.5 - 2 kg beef ( fricandeau - aitchbone )
For meat:
150 - 200 g bacon, 2-3 carrots and 4-5 garlic
For marinade:
700 ml of black wine, 200 ml of vinegar, 2 bay leaf, rosemary, pepper, 4-5 cloves,
2-3 carrots, 5-6 garlic cloves, 2 onions, 2-3 celery slices (root)
And more:
1 - 2 onions, 5-6 dried plums, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 500 ml of soup (or water), salt, pepper,
1 tablespoon of puree or tomato concentrate, 2 tablespoons of fat or 2 dl oil, little nutmeg

Dogodi mi se često, da ne znam što ću spremiti za ručak, ali sastojci koji se nađu u hladnjaku ili se na neki način sami nametnu, odrede smjer i na kraju se sve posloži u finu i ukusnu priču. Uživajte u njoj!

Sastojci:
300 - 400 g šampinjona, 250 - 300 g riže carnaroli (arborio), 600 - 700 ml juhe (voda s kockom) ili koliko treba, nekoliko sušenih rajčica (i ne mora), 1 crveni luk, 1 paketić šafrana, 50 - 60 g maslaca,
100 - 150 g ribanog sira parmezan ili sličan, 1/2 žličice mažurana ili origana, 2 dl bijelog vina,
1/ 2 vezice peršina, vlasac, sol, papar i ulje

Carski je pogled, carska je palača i moja kuhinja u jednoj od odaja cara Dioklecijana, kažu velikog gurmana, pa se trudim da i jela budu takva i kad koristim najobičnije sastojke, kao što su ovi danas!
Znam da i vi takva najviše volite! Jednostavna u pripremi, a bogata okusima, mirisima i bojama!

Sastojci:
500-600 g teletine ili janjetine (piletine), 2 crvena luka, 1 manja butternut tikva, 5-6 krumpira, 1-2 paprike,
svježi timjan, 2-3 režnja češnjaka, sol, papar i ulje

Dugo je stajala sličica ovog kolača u mojoj bilježnici, ali kolač nikada nisam napravila!
I jednog dana moja unučica zaželi nešto slatko i krene listati bilježnicu s receptima...
Odluka je pala i evo savršene torte koju smo zavoljeli i mi odrasli... Uživajte!

Sastojci: 
Biskvit: 
5 jaja, 200 g šećera, 70 g maslaca, 100 g čokolade za kuhanje, 120 ml toplog mlijeka, 200 g oštrog brašna, 40 g kakaa, 2 žličice pecilnog praška, 2 vanil šećera, pola žličice sode bikarbone, prstohvat soli 
Za namakanje biskvita:  
100 ml mlijeka i 2-3 žlice ruma
Za kremu: 
500 g zrelih banana, 500 ml vrhnja za šlag, sok 1 limuna, 300 g mliječne čokolade, 2-3 žlice ruma
